2025 fair puts spotlight on community creativity with open call for exhibitors

Klamath County, Oregon – The Klamath County Fair is putting out the call—this summer, it’s not just about rides and funnel cakes. It’s about you. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener, an aspiring baker, a skilled crafter, or someone with a knack for raising livestock, the 2025 Klamath County Fair wants you to take center stage as an exhibitor.

The fair, scheduled for July 31 through August 3, is inviting community members of all ages and experience levels to showcase their talents. From hand-stitched quilts and decorated cakes to colorful floral displays and homegrown vegetables, there’s a place for just about anything you’re proud to create. Even if your prize possession is a perfect dozen eggs or a record-breaking zucchini—there’s a category for that too.

To help participants get started, the official 2025 Exhibitor Handbook is now available online at www.klamathcofair.com. The guide includes all the details on how to enter, judging criteria, and timelines for submission. Entry forms for most exhibit categories must be submitted by 5 p.m. on either July 17 or 18. Crops, eggs, and floral entries have a slightly extended deadline—those must be turned in by July 22 at 5 p.m.

Organizers say the goal is simple: to celebrate the creativity, skill, and hard work of the Klamath County community. So whether you’re entering a pie recipe passed down through generations or your child’s first painting, now’s your chance to be part of a proud local tradition.
