The City of Klamath Falls announces the launch of the fourth round of the popular Façade and Building Improvement Grant Program

Klamath Falls, Oregon – Klamath Falls and the Klamath Falls Downtown Association (KFDA) are excited to bring back the 2024 Façade & Building Improvement Grant Program.

This program offers matching grants for outside building upgrades and inside changes that will make the buildings more useable. These grants are for buildings in the KFDA Downtown Service Area and along East Main Street. To get a grant of this program you should file an application.

If you’ve got questions, you can ask the City Planning office or the KFDA team. Remember, you need to send in your application by Monday, February 12th, 2024.

This is the fourth time this grant program is taking place; it was first introduced back in 2016. The program has been really successful so far, helping fix up a lot of buildings downtown, leading to new shops, homes, and investments in the area.
